This dazzling strut costume features scallop detailing outlined with sequin trim.  This costume is made in aqua super stretch fabric with aqua mesh ruching at front & back bust line.  This costume also features a basque waist with 3” silver chevron fringe and a two layered aqua mesh skirt with top layer hem gathered creating a scallop finish.  This costume can be made in any color or fabric combination.
